My business does not have a physical location. 

Clients can benefit from my specialized occupational therapy services, available both through home visits* and virtual sessions, designed to accommodate your busy lifestyle. 

Coaching services are offered virtually.

*In-home visits within a 20-mile radius of our location to ensure you receive personalized care in the comfort of your home. 

For locations outside this range, services are considered on a case-by-case basis to accommodate your needs as best as possible.

Need professional advice and don't want to book a formal appointment and commit to getting started? Are you wanting to know if your concern is a problem that I can address? I offer consultations. 

As a parent myself, I know how helpful it can be to get very specific advice that applies to your situation vs. general advice. Sometimes we need the help of a professional without the commitment of scheduling out weeks or months of therapy. Want to hear whether your child is on track or need advice on a specific issue? Book a low cost consultation to get your questions answered:

• Initial 15 minutes -   FREE
• 15 minutes -                $40             (30 mins total)
• 30 minutes -                $80             (45 mins total)
• 45 minutes -                $120           (60 mins  total)
• 60 minutes -                $160           (75 mins total)

The first free 15 minutes apply to first time call only.

You can have consultation phone calls at this prorated amount. In your communications, please state that you wish to have a consultation and the prefered length of time.

OTs can help you and your child even if you have NO DIAGNOSIS. If you have concerns where you want help with your child's ability to function in any area of their life, or you need support with a developmental skill, Occupational Therapy can help.

Occupational Therapy for children can help with a wide range of conditions and situations, including but not limited to:

During your first Occupational Therapy session, you can expect to undergo an evaluation that includes an assessment of your concerns, along with your child's abilities and limitations. Shelby will work with you to identify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and preferences.

THERAPY SERVICES:  

• I ACCEPT TRICARE. In Network Tricare Provider.
• OTHER INSURANCES: I am out of network and can accept cash payment.
• If you would like to submit a "SUPERBILL" to your insurance, I can provide you with one upon request. 

I require a physican referral before starting therapy regardless of insurance or cash payment.

COACHING SERVICES: Cash Payment

Overall: 

The length of Occupational Therapy treatment depends on the individual and their specific needs. Some individuals may require therapy for a short-term, while others may require ongoing therapy to improve their level of function and meet the goals that we agree upon.

Therapy is an ongoing conversation between the client and therapist. Your therapist will work with you to determine the appropriate length of treatment for your needs.

I am required to have a doctor's referral to provide Occupational Therapy Services. 

Parent Coaching Services do not require a referral from your doctor.

Coaches work with individuals to help them solve their problems. No clinical assessments or standardized assessments of any kind are performed. Coaching Services can be provided regardless of customer location.

Occupational Therapy Services often use or require clinical observations, standardized assessments of skills and milestones. The therapist is often providing direct treatment interventions and also empowering the parent to follow through with interventions. 

If you receive coaching services and I feel that your child requires skilled OT Intervention, this can be discussed during the coaching program. OT interventions can be provided only for clients in states where the OTs carry state licensure.

Occupational therapy addresses health and function, while coaching focuses on personal and professional development, with potential overlap in certain situations.
