HOW TO PAY

I accept cash, check, or credit card.

INSURANCE

I accept Tricare  / HealthNet Federal Services.

No other insurances are excepted at this time but I can accept CASH PAY.

CASH PAY

Many choose to pay out of pocket for their services. I can offer a "Superbill" upon request.
